The sales assistant and store manager ( Garmeet Singh) are very rude and don't have any knowledge of what they are selling. My google pixel camera is not working.. I wished I didn't buy it at the first place , definitely not worth the huge price. Carphone warehouse stuffs instead of helping me get the phone repaired , give all possible reasons why they can't help. I have the phone insured with my bank. Carphone is asking to directly contact Google and they don't have any clue whom I need to contact at GOOGLE.

The sales assistant didn't have any product knowledge and was very keen for me to go so instead I went to o2 and signed up with them - Better customer service.
