Fairly fast moving queue outside to get in. Poor guy on click and collect was definitely not supported by colleagues and had to deal with walk in c&cs and take stuff out to the car park and fetch stuff from the warehouse. He was a hero!

Misselling, rude and point blankly refuse to apologise for their own errors. Go to the Salisbury branch, they're actually pleasant!

AVOID AVOID AVOID. Bought a phone contract with carphone warehouse in store. Carphone branch manager lied about the price of the contract, now stuck with a contract thats going to cost me an extra 216. Carphone branch manager unapologetic and not willing to do anything to correct the issue. Disgusting service, will not shop here again.

Tried to phone from 10am till 11,30 but no one answered I doubt there was a high volume of call and just cut off not able to get the help I needed on the web site and could not visit the store
