Great customer service! I was greeted by a staff member named Tobi, he was extremely pleasant and upbeat and very understanding. I came in to get a phone contract for my daughter, it’s her first phone so he found me the perfect deal with great value for money I even ended up sorting out my own phone upgrade with him! I will definitely be coming back soon for my home broadband, I didn't actually know Carphone warehouse offers home broadband and TV packages with the main providers (Sky, Virgin, BT etc.) at a cheaper price until Tobi told me about it and showed me a few of the deals. He is very patient and informative and answered every question I asked him. He was so helpful I felt compelled to write a review! Excellent service!

Recently visited the Bromley Market Sq. Branch. I purchased a new Android phone. Taz. The manager served me. Warm, professional, empathetic. Focused on my needs. Excellent customer service. In short. A great time.
Came here less than 2 weeks ago. I bought a screen protector for my phone and asked the staff if they put it on. The employee said no so I started to put it on myself the manager came out realised I was doing it wrong offered to help and by this point it was ruined. And she said they do put the screen protectors on..... I paid 20 quid and left with nothing....

Rubbish service. Standing there for 15mins and no one bother asking if I needed help, I went to ask for help and he says give him 5mins to stand there. Went online and bought a brand new phone instead. (Not from carphone warehouse)
