Excellent service from the team but be aware that if you take out a contract with EE it might not work abroad and it is impossible to contact either Carphone Warehouse or EE on any of their contact numbers as a. your phone doesn't work abroad and b. their published phone numbers won't connect from a landline abroad, it also almost impossible to send and email, which when you do they don't respond too. They also don't like complaints on social media, and just give useless information to manage your account which results in you being locked out for 15 mins at a time, better things to be doing on hols than trying to resolve phone problems.

I’ve just been in their store today with a problem with a phone I didn’t even purchase from them that Vodafone shop wouldn’t help me with even though I’d bought the phone from them. The whole team in carphone warehouse were so friendly and amazing bending over backwards to find a solution for me, Gary even phoned Vodafone customer services on my behalf to help! They have gained a customer in me and seriously went above and beyond in service
