Great place. They can be short staffed at times and low on stock but nothing too much trouble for them they always go above and beyond. Ordered a phone got it the next day ordered a phone for my husband had to wait a few days for it to come but it wasn't the end of the world as most places were low on stock I was happy to wait. If you want the best value for money phone deals and great assistance this is your place

Got a deal over the phone, was told can collect 14days from the date of delivery to store, however the order was cancelled, called the store to tell them I cant collect till following friday, advisor said that's fine and shell leave a note but surprise surprise it wasnt done, a voicemail was sent from store to say I can collect whenever, I told the manager that and played back the voicemail and apparently he doesnt know who it is and she doesnt work there? The store assistant told me the phone wasnt attached to the order but the manager told me the phone was resold to someone else, something doesnt add up, stay clear of this store, theres no communication between staff and the staff are rude

Went here to upgrade my contract we done all the paperwork I signed up everything sorted for them to tell me oh sorry your phone isn't in stock but will be delivered in store by 2pm tomorrow and as soon as it comes in we will call you. 2pm came and went, 3pm came and went, 4pm came and went so I called them for them to tell me we don't usually get deliveries on a Friday. I am livid don't sign up with them untill u know phone is available.

Just rang the carphone warehouse at currys pc world. As my daughter loves the shop! Its her birthday today so i requested for the staff to sing happy birthday down the phone. Ashley your absolutly fantastic. And a credit to your store!! He did an amazing job n has made my daughters 18th birthday perfect! Thanks ash ur a gem. #givethemanapayrise

Upgrading in EE. I suspected I needed a different size SIM but was told quite definitely by the store manager that I didn't. Got all the way home to find that I did. Back to shop to be told 'we don't do replacement sims - you need to go to an EE shop for that'. EE shop staff told me that the car phone people should have done and clearly just didn't want to! All in all a very poor experience I'm afraid, from the lad who tried serving me 1st to the manager trying to use a faulty terminal, to the Sim - really not a good experience in any way.
