Terrible no proper desk so u hover around til someone asks you if your ok. I tried calling the store today you would have sold 2 contracts but u never ever answer the phone and a computer sayys we cant take your call and then its terminated. Its like u dont want custom. You lost 2 customers because u dont answer phone and it automatically cuts you off when u dont answer ! Al stay with three they answer the phone.

Having waited most of the day and having arranged for someone to have my fridge freezer I get a call from the know how delivery people to say they're on their way but I can't have the f/f !! So problems all round as the knock on effect doesn't just concern me. No one had bothered go inform me this morning so I'm afraid Currys customer service remains at its abysmal level. I have had previous issues with them and it is evident that once they have your money they are not interested !
