I was served by Bobbi at the Cralwey brunch on the 9th and 10th of December. She was absolutely brilliant and went over and beyond with helping me with my issues. She took a lot of time to help me ensure I retrived all the information I had lost on my phone and help to set up my new phone. I was still having issues and so I returned the next day. She was so friendly and approachable too.

Went there for a cheap phone for my father in law. I knew exactly what I wanted, and when I was approached by them they offer me exactly what I was looking for! They didn't try to upsell me, or push any other expensive phone, they listened to what I needed and offered me the best deal. The phone colour we wanted wasn't in stock, so they placed an order for delivery at my place. That was a mistake and the phone was delivered to the store, but the Operational Manager Lucas went the extra mile and offered to deliver the phone HIMSELF as I live fairly close to the shop. He came to my house that same night around 9PM. Top customer service! Well done guys :)

Visited on 30/03/19 and was shoulder barged by staff member Zee as he walked past me. No apology or acknowledgement. Truly shocking. Staff uninterested and unhelpful and so rude. Worst Carphone Warehouse store i have every been in. Currys should boot them out.

Dont use this branch, like others have said they do not answer phones or make any contact with you even when you have given them 200.00 for a phone which was ordered and told it will be in next day. l ordered a phone on the Thursday evening and was told next day? spent 30 mins on phone to find out where it was, no answer. called in on the Saturday no phone. called in on the Sunday no phone, asked for money back ,cant give me money back as phone not on site. had to wait until Monday to get money back. no contact from store at all had to email somewhere all the time, what a joke. asked for compensation got 12, wow! went on line brought same phone for 20 less ordered Monday night received Wednesday morning.

I bought a phone which was not in stock they told me it should arrive on the 11 of December I have still not heard anything. They said they will ring me when the phone has arrived. Have not heard anything phone company will start charging me rent for a phone I have not received trying to get hold of them is a night mare they won't answer the phone.
