The customer service I received from the "manager" of carphone warehouse in currys pc world was appalling. He was not friendly at all, no "hello" nothing. One he didnt listen to what I was actually saying. Two had no interest at all. Three watching other girls / school girls come in and making the noises to get their attention while servicing me and teaching on of his colleagues what to do on the computer screen. Forth had this chavy attitude upon himself. I wouldn't recommend anyone going into there to be honest. I told my friends today about this overall experience I had yesterday with the carphone warehouse staff. I walk in this evening to go and collect my mobile phone and again "no good evening" I mean a hello would be nice. I had to wait while one was chatting away, to get this from the other member " shes here " and that is it. The whole service was in silence while he went and go the phone and that was that. Disgusting if you ask me. Considering I have been a loyal customer, paid on time every month. Paid my 15 always and to pay 60 on top of that and to receive that service was appalling!!!! So very disappointing. I wish I didnt go in the first place and waste my time and money

Outstanding service today. I was helped by Nikul he was extremely helpful and both him and his colleague Waqar were very busy but they seemed to handle it very well. Well done Guys.

Sadly to say I'm very disappointed with customer service at this store. Employees weren't able to make a suggestion on who could answer my question. Once I found someone, he was alone on that entire section. I don't blame that lone customer service assistant for making me wait while he was serving another customer; but he had no support from anyone else. After 40 minutes of waiting I gave up. All I suggest is having more customers service assistants in the evening so customers can actually feel like they have received help. Perhaps invest in more staff training in different areas rather than depending on one person. Just a thought.

Absolutely useless and unhelpful. I ordered a phone and was provided no update on it's arrival. I tried to call the store several times and no one answered and the phone still has not arrived. I recommend anyone looking to buy a phone or anything like that to avoid this store in order to not waste your precious time.

Recently oddly not as good a it use to be. Young people eager but inconsistent competence. Is the speedy change of personnel the problem, I wonder? Really missed a wonderful girl called Happy.

rubbish customer service, incompetant staff members. i ordered a phone for collection at this store, spoke to an online agent who told me that my phone was ready for collection. they could not assist me with the screw ups that had occured the phone was meant to arrive days ago via next day delivery. spoke to the staff and was told that they could not assist me bounced back and forth between idiotic customer service and instore staff. Staff members sat around in store on mac book pros absolutely no customer service skills on both sides , i have used carphone warehouse as a provider for years not again!

I can forget about poor customer service, but selling a product different than offered online is to much. Excuses with labeling and order number mistakes that's not what I expected too.
