Shocking experience. be aware that their warranty is not applicable. I bought a brand new laptop and it stopped working yesterday. Now they want to charge me 210 pounds to fix it. I thought it should be covered by guarantee.

The lady who served me was helpfully but was unable to help me because her manager was absent. She did not have the authority to correct the price change of the phone I wanted to purchase. She informed me that her manager will be able to do it tomorrow, but the offer would of ended.

I came to Carpone Warehouse to finish a phone contract. I mentioned at the very beginning what's the reason for my visit. They made me wait for 30min just to tell me that I need to contact the network provider myself and that they are not able to help me. They were really rude and unprofessional. Avoid at any cost!

most of the people there are very nice, but there was a manager what didnt let me buy a PAYG phone, because i asked if the phone whould be locked to that network or not, what thats a normol quastion. i believe the reasen she didnt let me was a RACIST reasen, and the way i look. . STAY FAR FROM THIS SHOP.
