Was interested in pixel 3. the the staff member told me to wait a week for the 3a XL to see if that would suit my price range I wanted to pay. as I don't want to go over 25 pm. now I have got pixel 3 a XL for the price I wanted they didn't make me feel pressured in any way and I get a free Chromebook in a few weeks what a bonus.

Do not buy in this store, better go to another. Or online. The manager is the worst. I bought some headphones and nothing is heard and they don't want to change them. After many years buying Curry’s, I switch to buying online. I see so many people have the same problem like me here. Change that Manager, and improve the services

Going away and needed a case for my S10 as the one I had on order from a omline retailer had not turned up in time. The staff were very busy with customers and even though I had to wait around 5 minutes to be served for a item they were very friendly and said sorry for the wait. They recommended a case that would be suitable but not too expensive due to the fact I had a perferred case already on order. Wished me a great time for my holiday. Brilliant service!

So I went down as my microphone on my phone had broken. The guy dealing with it hardly talked to us and wouldn’t tell us what was going on. He said that they would try to repair it even though we told them previously (as this happened before) that they couldn’t fix it. But he insisted he said I’ll text you when to pick it up whether it’s the same phone or a new one. But I wouldn’t of had my phone to receive the text. “Oh yes” he said. So I gave him a. Different number. But when I got my new phone and started it up I saw I had the text saying that the phone was ready to pick up. So if I hadn’t of rang up to see if the phone was in the shop I wouldn’t of known. The staff have to learns some manners and be better people to there costumers if they want to do well for their shop. Absolutely appaled

Fantastic experience with my upgrade the current manager called Dai was so clued up with the tech on the new mobiles also amazing sorting out the best contract deal will definitely use Carphone Warehouse Again after using the store especially as Dai was so helpful

The best place to shop, if you want to exhaust 20 minutes waiting for CPW staff to arrive at their terminals; see photo for my experience at 15:30 on a Friday. Perhaps this is the "customer experience" that CPW emblazon in their literature. During a second visit for a click and collect mobile phone purchase, I've encountered the same issue of having to ask Currys staff to find CPW staff who are nowhere to be found. When they arrive, they do so, scurrying like lemmings from the back of the store, seething in excuses and fabricated apology. The clock is ticking for these type of "unmanaged sites", where there's no managerial presence to ensure staff even bother to be where they're paid to be - at the store front, at the terminals and waiting to serve paying customers.

Great team so friendly, sadly I'm terrible with names but the lovely blonde lady who helped me transfer my details from phone to phone, the young guy who (didn't know what a carbonara was) was very helpful the day before. I dropped my new phone again, same day I picked it up which seems to be a tradition. I woke up this morning to realise It is just a plastic screen that is broken not the actual screen so I'm holding carphone warehouse (Newport road) team responsible and couldn't be happier to have a crack free screen on the 2nd day of ownership, thank you for looking after me!
