The doctors are great, but I really don't think the receptionist is medically qualified to triage. It should be a nurse or doctor that decides if it's an emergency - NOT the receptionist / phone operator.

I have no complaints about this practice (or the attached pharmacy) - personal contact with admin and medical personnel is professional and courteous. One star dropped because it suffers from NHS problems, viz, shortage of staff and resources. It would be interesting to read reviews from the staff concerning the patients!

Have always been seen quickly when needed to. Doctors and nurses are all very polite. Reception staff are polite and courteous and do not make you feel they need to know your medical issues to get an appointment as I have experienced in a previous practice. Confident in our care here.

Again this place badly disappoints. After ringing today 10th September for an on day appointment was told that the doctor deemed a general appointment instead. Earliest appointment 23rd September. The uncaring staff member said if my symptoms got worse to ring back ( probably a standard reply) I explained that actually they couldn't get any worse than now. This practice has become an absolute joke.
