Awful dealership. Bought a 2013 BMW 320i Tourer on 11th February 2020. On 4th August the car broke down due to engine failure. I called Cars to Go the very next day to let them know what had happened and to ask whether they could provide me with any additional history on the car, to which they said they would investigate and call me back. They didn't. 5 months later my car is still with BMW who have quoted 16k to replace the engine. CONSUMERS BEWARE!!!!!!

I can't recommend this garage highly enough having had some terrible experiences in the past. Neil arranged everything at short notice and the car itself is immaculate and exactly as described. Id seen some mixed reviews but this is definitely a place to be trusted without hesitation.
Recently went down from London and bought a Porsche Macan from them, excellent communication and customer service! They also went the extra mile to make sure the car was in great condition.
Exceptional Service - I called on a Sunday morning to enquire about a car that I had seen online and he was willing to meet me there straight away to view. The car was as described and I was able to negotiate a fair deal which was appreciated as the car was already the cheapest I could find in the UK for a similar specification. I think some people forget that second hand cars are not brand new and there will always be some defects, but I have had no issues and apart form a couple of small surface blemishes the car couldnt have been better and to be honest was much better than I had viewed elsewhere for more money. I would say if you are willing to pay over inflated prices then go to the main dealer, but if you are looking for a good honest second hand car at decent value then I would highly reccommend this garage.
Not impressed. Brought this car and it turned up disgusting inside the car. There was a sound coming from the front of the car and I was told it would be sorted before I got the car and It been very cheaply \fixed\ and was back to making the noise after a couple of days. The car was also 3 days late on being delivered. UPDATE: After putting up my last review I then got a rude text from who sold me the car asking about what I'd put. Instead of trying to work somthing out he just came across quite threatening. Completely inappropriate. I would recommend you stay clear from getting a car from here.
