It was only a 1st appointment for a probably serious problem with our cat, so we will have others and may be a bit early to say, but the 1st impression is the doctor is professional, she knows what she is doing. Very different from the previous clinics we tried before.

Straight away i take that star away .as they are the worst vets in surrey.our beautiful lola died down to there neglect.which cost lola her life.torn lung. With in a week lola suffocated.sent home to die .it was deception .1,000 pounds for op.now they want ,691 .for after care lola never got.allways get a second opinion.as your pet will end up like lola buried in our garden
