Terrible customer service and thief runs this place. They will charge you and they wont even have customer service number to support if you need any. Half of the time the guy who owns is out of town attending wedding reception. Cancelled my service and kept my remaining money paid for whole year. Now i am taking this company to court and better report with bbb. Dont be fooled by their pricing, they dont even give you 1 worth of service. Be alert and watch out

Terrible company. Used to be good with courteous and helpful engineers, but no longer the case. Most engineers are freelancers who know nothing about our system. We have had on-going problems, and the engineer sent around was extraordinarily rude, confrontational and condescending. To be avoided.
