Charlie’s Travel picked me up promptly at the agreed time, whilst en route to Brize Norton we discovered my flight had been postponed and that there would be an update the following day. Charlie’s Travel were extremely quick to suggest a local Oxford hotel which they were happy to drop me off at, and then collect when we had further news. Charlie’s Travel organised everything for me including booking the hotel and then the extra night’s stay at the hotel when learning my flight was further delayed. They ensured I was fully informed at all stages and they have definitely gone above and beyond what would be expected of a travel service. I am extremely grateful to have had what could have been an awful evening turned into an extremely painless experience. I would highly recommend Charlie’s Travel.
