What amazing service! Struggled to find a cartridge in stock anywhere else that wasn't hugely overpriced or overly complicated to order (Staples). Found this website one eve, clicked, payed in a second and my cartridge arrived the following morning! Absolute saviour for homeschooling! Also included an envelope for my used cartridge. Very happy customer. I will use Cartridge Direct again in a heartbeat! Thanks guys.
I ordered catridges for two different printers - Cartriges direct saw a possible problem and checked that I was aware that this was the case before dispatching. Good service. The delivery was then the next day.
I have used this company over many years and they have always provided an excellent service at a reasonable price. The cartridges always arrive quickly and work well. On the one occasion when there was a problem, this was resolved quickly without any fuss.
I've just ordered another two cartridges from Cartridges Direct. The first cartridge I ordered from them was brilliant. Excellent quality print and didn't run out before the estimated page count but seemed to go on and on ... unlike the branded cartridges which always empty sooner rather than later. For someone who prints a lot as an older person who does a lot of study via the internet, these cartridges beat a lot of others hands down. Great company, great find, lovely people. .... AND THEY RECYCLE!! 10/10 FOR THAT!!
