I turned up yesterday no one was here turned up today yet again no one here. No space to park lump and carried heavy items from the Homebase car park. Is there any other decent places open these day

He is so flipping rude been to him a few times and have regregretted it every time not saying that customer service should be the absolute best but at least a bit of pleasantness!! Now I know the clothes do not get sent to Africa I will defo NOT be donating my things to him!

This is a total JOKE.. RIP OFF Britain should defo look into this company. I took 8 full large black bags brimming with clothes, 2 bags filled with curtains and another bag over filled with sheets etc I proceeded to take all said bags out of my car and was instructed to place them on the ground outside the front door unit then the worker weighed a few, scribbled some details on a scanty piece of paper then came back and told me to lift the bags once again and place them next to the scales, then weighed some more followed by more scribbling, one of the overfilled bags had 1 curtain on top and he promptly asked me "curtain" which I replied yes unbeknown to me he weighed the whole bag plus 2 other bags on the scales as curtains which I later found out is 5p per kg as apposed to 40p per kg.. I could go on and on but to cut a long story short after loading my car with all said bags driving 10 minutes to Cash 4 Clothes Catford, unloading them, moving them again I was handed a paltry sum of 12.05p (WHAT WASTE OF SCRIBBLING INK) then to add insult to injury I was later that day shopping in Deptford Market and guess who turned up carrying black bags to his busy second hand stall, Me thinks he has no idea where Africa is......

Wouldn't recommended this place to anyone, the man in the place is rude and gave me under 3 for my big bag. They never check the quality of the stuff, they just weigh it and it's 30p a kilo. A waste of time don't go there

Unreliable service, sometimes they close early, sometimes they just close for the day (even after contacting to see if they're open) ALWAYS check before you waste your time going there.
