I went last Saturday, no issues at all, the young lady taking the clothes was Polish but spoke excellent English and she was very polite and friendly, got more than i expected, would definitely use again.

Amazing staff very friendly got rid of loads of my kids out grown clothes and toys, money in my pocket and space in the garage perfect thank you!!
Weights didnt add up to cash she gave . Was waiting ages while she sorted throgh everything . Some stuff she gave back even though still on not a bad condition. Very very picky taking only the best stuff . Have used different cash for clothes shop before had better treatment wint come back here again and definitely wouldnt recommended
Are you joking me. I was at this point cople of times and one day you take bricknbracks, next day you don't. Dont know exactly what you take. Your banners say that you take bedding but then you go in the shop and you don't take it. The weeknd staff doesn't know how to speak English.
Staff with no manners? Only thing that was said to me whilst there was I'll put this in bin and 7.20, struggled in up steps with buggy and 4 large bags of clothes and clothes were leant against wall whilst on scales whish id not bothered deffo not using again
