Very polite lady, quick service and very friendly. It makes it clear what they except and don’t. The girl there does a great job. She was never rude to us but very chatty. Would recommend coming here. We recommend taking some change though as we took her last 5 ( sorry)

An excellent experience, the lady was polite, friendly and very patient with me and we had a nice chat while she processed more than 25 bags of clothing! I also got a nice amount of money for my clothes - I will definitely use the service at Langney Shopping Centre again. 5 star customer service.

Awful! I never leave reviews but had to after the disgraceful attitude from the women running it! Been here before several months ago and the women complained the whole time about previous customers. She was fairly well mannered and it was pretty easy to get rid of some clothes. After my first visit was fairly successful I decided to go back recently, although never will again! I arrived at 1:10pm on a Saturday to which it said lunch break - fair enough. Popped elsewhere and headed back at 2:20pm only to realise it was again closed. Knocked on the door and was rudely greeted with ‘read the door’. I asked if she was accepting clothes to which she replied read the door I’m cleaning. After already been and gone an hour before I replied ‘ah forget it’ to which she huffed, looked at me disgracefully and slammed the door. Rude women is all I can say. I find it even worse that the first occasion I used the site she complained in regards to rude customers when in fact she was the rude one!! Will never return and would advise anyone to avoid since you neither know when it will be open nor the attitude you will receive!!!

Very nice and helpful polish lady. I was a few times with my clothes and she was always smiling. Only one thing is bad when is the market its really difficult to go through there. No spaces for a car.

I went for the first time today with 3 bags of clothes and bedding. Got a good price. The lady was extremely pleasant and polite. I would like to add that she told me that this afternoon as she was going on her break she was visited by someone who was not happy about her closing for her break and swore at her and called her nasty names. This isn’t on and she doesn’t deserve this, if the nasty person is reading this, get a life and then take lessons on how to treat women.
