Be very careful before purchasing anything from this shop, they don't have customer oriented return policy meaining if you don't like it when you got home or even right after purchasing it, they are not going to make a refund. I bought a bicycle today and gave 280 pounds. After purchasing it I tried to ride a bit exactly on the same road and decided that it was too big and also a bit misdirected because of the frame. I went back and told them I want to return the bike. They told they could only buy from me for 200 pounds after literally 1 minute of purchasing. So if you are looking for a second hand cheap products, check gumtree or ebay, you d think that you'd get better customer service and better return policy for a higher price, but only thing you'd get will be just higher prices.

I have just bought an iPhone 6s from here to replace an older iPhone that I also bought here several years ago. I did a price comparison online and found Cash Converters to be no more expensive. On both occasions staff set up my new phone for me and have been knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. I highly recommend them.

They sold me a watch they said was automatic and it wasn't. I went back to the shop and spoke to the girl manager and she just walked off? As I was leaving Dan approached me and said I was lying! I asked as a loyal customer of over 25 years if they could replace the battery.I heard her say to Dan it's not my problem and it was just over the month of purchasing it! Dan said it would be 8-12 quid to replace at timpsons...more like 40! I rang back and asked Dan if I he could sort me out and as I don't want to leave them nagative feedback online, then the manager snatched the phone off of Dan and started yelling at me down the phone! This is not the first time I have been met with hostility from the staff at this shop! AVIOD this shop and go somewhere else as customer service is lacking in this shop!

I was in cash converters today to be met by the staff abusing a customer and I did hear the manager say it wasn't my problem! To say the least I walked straight out again lol. I later returned to be greeted with the manger yelling down the phone at a customer and I'm guessing it was the same person. I yet again walked out never to return to this shop if this is how this shop treats loyal customers! I was just about to spend a considerable amount in this on a laptop! I'm glad I never purchased anything! You would never get this type of abuse from CEX!
