Not very pleasant at all especially with what's happening with the covid at the minute. Certain staff are quite rude including the manager would definitely not recommend using this shop!!! I would definitely recommend the cash convertors West bromwich as I had such a different experience staff really do have brilliant customer service.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SHOP!!!!!They sell items that are an absolute danger for your family health and safety, and the manager just doesn't care and refuse any returns!! I will report this danger to HSE, if you receive similar attitude from them just DO NOT ACCEPT IT, speak with a solicitor! The manager's attitude was so flegmatic that is out of this world!!! BEWARE!!!

I had lovely staff there but sadly they don't test items out. I brought a phone recently and was told about a broken camera, I was fine with it was all it was, was a crack and didn't affect performance at all. However, I was not warned that the top of the screen doesn't work, the touch screen that is. This means I can't drag the notification bar down but I have found a way around this issue, but I wish I was warned about this issue. I believe this is due to inefficient testing of products.
Great shop. Young lady on the sales counter was extremely helpful when I needed a new phone. Explained that I could leave a deposit on a phone if I could not get the one I wanted today which was ace. Men on the buyback counter were knowledgeable about the product I wanted to buy and helped me pick the right phone for what I wanted to use it for.
Sell fake pandora charms and if you dare return these they block you from buying again!
Exactly, the price REALLY depends on which member of the staff serves you. For my item they gave 40 but after 1 week it been reduced to 20...xperia L1
This establishment have conned me out of money. Do not use this shop. They sent me and item with missing parts and it was advertised wrongly. I tried to return an item and they did everything in their power to make this as difficult as possible. I purchased a camera for 150 and after 6 months of battling they have only just refunded me 80 because they argue that is what the item is worth. A warning to everyone. Do not buy any products from here.
