Ridiculous waiting times for the simplest of things,,under staffed so be ready to wait,,and go to other shops first as they maybe closed by the time you leave this shop. This shop is handy when I'm low on cash,, I use their buy back service

BEWARE BUYING AND SELLING STOLEN GOODS. Reported to trading standards and the police after the shop manager revealed the prices they pay for high end bikes. One of those was my bike which was stolen from me and I managed to recover with the help of the police. The shop and the management team are happy to pay a couple of hundred pounds for bikes going into the thousands with no questions asked.
