I enrolled on the Ultimate Pro course which commenced in September 2019 for 12 weeks - I cannot recommend the course highly enough. Cassie Lomas and her team are exceptional professionals, both in terms of their skills as makeup artists but also as tutors. The course teaches creative and contemporary makeup techniques as well as how to achieve and succeed in the makeup industry - to include branding and marketing and how to run a self-employed business. The course is invaluable for anyone who wishes to pursue a career in the beauty industry. I will carry what I have learned with me and I have made a bunch of friends along the way. I cannot thank Cassie and the team enough.

I can't recommend this academy enough! I was a total beginner when I started but feel like I have learnt so much over a very short time. The tutors are all incredible and genuinely want to help you in any way they can. I'm sure I'll be back for further training in the future. I can't wait to pursue a career in makeup thank you so much to all at CLMA!
If you're looking for a place to start your makeup career this is it, I travelled all the way from Colombia to Manchester just to do the course, I did the ultimate pro course for 12 weeks and it was a dream, everyone was so nice and helpful, since I wasn't local they helped me with everything I needed, the tutors are amazing all of them are super talented and nice, the building is big and cozy and they have a huge makeup kit which you can use every class so you can try all type of brands and textures to help you build your kit, I just had the best time at CLMA and you will too.
I recently completely the Academy’s ‘Finishing School’ course and I feel like it was the best decision I’ve ever made career wise. I’ve been working in the industry for 5/6 years but there were so many things that I still needed to know. Cassie’s course provided me with so many pieces of important information to help me progress further and both Cassie and her team were amazing in delivering every part including aspects of business and skills progression. I felt welcomed from the start and will definitely be staying in touch with the team in the future. Thanks again for everything CLMA x
