Lovely estate with a beautiful walled garden. The cottage itself is nice and characterful with decent facilities including WiFi. There are very thick stone walls although it still manages to be a bit on the cold side but that's all apart of the Scottish holiday experience! Overall, it was a great place to stay.

Stunning Country Manor House. The house sits in a 50 acre estate with prestine lawns, woodland and a beautiful walled garden. It is an ideal location for a wedding venue and a perfect place for an holiday or weekend get away. Tranquil, picturesque with very friendly and accomodating staff. I stayed in the newly refurbished Shire Cottage which sleeps 4. Highly recommended.

Made for a perfect short weekend away. Being close to Galloway Forest Dark Sky Park meant there were plenty of stars out too. Great space for dogs too! Thank you Agrennan Manor!
