I went to Forrest Estate recently and was very impressed. All very realistic set amongst the trees. I took my own gun and operated the traps on delay myself. I enjoyed the variety. The set up compares very well with other venues.

This was our first visit to Forrest Estates shooting ground and it certainly wont be our last. My wife and I have shot at many grounds throughout the country and this one rates very highly. We were very warmly welcomed by Andrew and discussed the ground and its facilities over a coffee. There was a good variety of targets for all abilities and the play and pay pods means you can shoot as much or little as you like and with APSI instructors on hand to sort out any problems you may have you'll have a great day out.

My first experience of clay pigeon shooting and it was excellent! Our party was 2 couples and Andrew spent time explaining the history and safety of shooting which calmed the nerves and reassured us. He gave individual advice to improve our techniques as we moved around the impressive stands. We then had an afternoon of fishing at the nearby loch and again, Andrew and Sam gave such a personal effort to improve our techniques. A fabulous day. Thanks!

A wonderful end to our holiday in Scotland. Our family group ranged from twenty somethings to an 80 year old grandmother. We all managed to hit most of the clay pigeons due to the excellent and patient tuition. Beautiful scenery makes this a stunning location for a fun activity. Well worth a visit.

A great introduction to the world of clay pigeon shooting. The country side around Dalry is beautiful and everything about the shooting location was very professional. Thanks to the instructors friendly and patient guidance we (myself, my 17 year old son and 14 year old daughter) were all hitting at least some of our targets by the end of our time. We'll be going again the next time we visit the area.
