She arrived at 13:20 in the torrential rain and freezing cold where she was made to stand and wait until 14:53, when she asked for a full refund and to make a formal complaint, no explanation, still no apology to her or anybody else in the queue... Back to Tesco we go! Annoying as Asda is down the road... terrible service, very disappointing, glad we didn't bring our 9 week old baby and I stayed at home....
