Tom was brilliant from start to finish 11/10! The valet and detailing of the car was not up to scratch- need to attend to door hinges and grease under seats. (Easy to fix with attention). Home delivery service was excellent. I’d certainly recommend JCT600 again

A good experience of on line purchase without seeing car or sales exec. Ben was helpful and sent two videos, the part exchange was acceptable and the car delivered on time. The only comment is I was a little disappointed by the lack of a good internal valet. Happy with car so far after 1 week
Had my Kia checked as was having issues starting it - they booked me in really quickly, found the fault and fixed it within hours of me dropping it off. Excellent service, kept me informed all the way through.
The salesman, Tom was very professional, helpful and friendly. He obviously knows everything regarding the car we chose and had one sourced, prepared and ready for collection in two weeks! Excellent service and Tom is definitely an asset to your company.
