First time I've been and as a snowboarder, initially I couldn't stand the drag lifts and the run felt too short. But once I'd got back into it (haven't been on snow since Feb) it was actually really good. Two hours gives you a decent run out and the jumps are good practice. It is on the pricey side if you want to go as a family though, 2 hours for 4 of us is around 120 on the weekend!

What a fantastic experience today with my daughter Florence (4), and Freddie (3) at Xcape. We were booked in for a lesson for both of them together. Brian the instructor was just great with the two little ones, and was well versed on instructing and motivating my two little ones. A fantastic experience all round, from the lady on reception, to the lovely people helping with the equipment. I was simply compelled to book another lesson and get a 12 month membership for me and my family following this 5 experience.
I'm planning on going on a snowboarding/skiing holiday when the restrictions are lifted, but have never skied before, so thought I'd get some lessons. All the staff were great with their customer service especially Katy on the desk and Alan my instructor They explain everything from how to walk in the boots, to putting your skis on and then they take you to a slope and start teaching you. Alan was really friendly, but professional and he had me going down the slope in the first lesson There is loads of parking, all the covid regulations are in place, there is a bar and cafe too. I booked over the phone in advance, because the lessons get filled up quickly it seems. It is pricey, I paid 100 for a 1 hour lesson, the 2nd lesson has 15% off. Weekends are dearer. I wanted to rebook with Alan, but apparently you can't choose a instructor, it just depends who is there that day, I would've preferred the same instructor for all my lessons, thats my only gripe. All in all, I had a fun lesson and learned loads, hopefully by the time I hit the ski resorts, I'll be confident enough. Highly recommended
Good boxing day free hour session not too busy and both lifts operating.
Great place to learn and improve your skills before hitting the mountains
Enjoyed learning to ski here... If you have any natural sense of balance, you will feel like lessons 1 and 2 are a waste of time though. Spent the whole time just watching an instructor trying to get 2 out of the 10 people able to stand up going down a little baby hill. The rest of the group grasped this in 5 minutes. Choose your lessons wisely.
Had amazing time learning, the staff is very helpful as well.
Enjoyed the 2 hours Snowboarding
