We waited an hour and a half for delivery because the supplier couldn't find a specific flat. He drove to the house next door, which had a similar address but a different post code. knocked. when no one opened it, he returned to the restaurant. He did not come up with the idea to call the given number. I called the restaurant three times. Service unpleasant, food was heated and average in taste. Overall I do not recommend it.

Ordered twice now and both times taken nearly 2hrs to arrive 2nd time food was Bearley eatable. Sorry but you need to make your delivery area smaller cas to ponty isn't far but maybe stay to your local area. WILL NEVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN

HORRIBLE!!!! I wish I could give it Zero stars. Ordered a pizza for my child, a portion of fries, the lamb Naan and the mixed Naan. The pizza was absolutely horrible and inedible. My kid (who could eat ANYTHING) couldn't eat it. Its made with the fake cheese and just tastes horrible. The fries were could and over done. The naans were soaked through because of the sauce they had poured over it. EVERYTHING was cold cause it came in a carrier bag instead of a thermal bag. Just eat are just as bad. They would only offer a 20 credit (the food was more than that). Had to drive to the takeaway to tell them to call just eat and tell them to give me a refund. The manager there kept on trying to fob me off telling me to call just eat (I repeatedly had to tell him that I had already done that). I had to stand my ground before he finally decided to call Just eat and finally got a refund. ALL THIS JUST BECAUSE I WANTED TO TRY A LOCAL BUSINESS' FOOD. NEVER AGAIN!!! I'm gonna stick to Dominoes and the like. You get what you pay for is the lesson here.

Phoned order at 6:15pm took over an hr and 20mins to get here despite living up the road shocking will neva ask for delivery again. If they are busy they need to say this on the phone...
