When speaking with Sarah over email, received excellent customer service. Although never had a flap installed before, now wouldn't look anywhere else and would highly recommend. I couldn't be more satisfied with the experience I received from Cat Out Of Glass, Sarah and CJ certainly know what they are doing and they do it to an exceptional standard. The process from start till finish was painless and the end result, peeeerfect. The online form is very easy to complete and once submitted, if an inspection to measure is required, again this is quick and straight forwarded. You have to pay for the item upfront, but this wasn't a problem for us, and again was very simple and via online form. Delivery was within 2 weeks and installation was quick and looked simple enough. Sarah in the office, is prompt at providing details and responses to email, and CJ was very friendly and also respectful whilst in our home. I have no reservations in recommending this company - very satisfied customer here. Our little lady is happy to now have her own door to come and go as she pleases - thank you

We contacted a lot of fitters for a new cat flap fitted for our patio door and decided on Cat Out Of Glass as they were reasonable and had glowing reviews. We weren't wrong with the decision, they have been fantastic throughout the job and we are so pleased with the work that CJ has completed this morning. The patio door looks better than it did before, CJ even kindly fixed the locking mechanism of the door which has saved us time and money. Strongly recommend this company if you need a cat flap done!
