Fantastic kennels which I have used for over 7 years now and won’t take my dog anywhere else even though I have moved over 50 miles away. My dog always comes back happy and they even have have sent videos so I can see him playing in the field with the other dogs. The staff are so friendly and you can see they are all animal lovers. I won’t go anywhere else now.

I can't speak highly enough of Birchwood Kennels. We had to say goodbye to our dog Jasper after a short illness a couple of weeks ago. He had spent many times at Birchwood for about twelve years. Andy and everyone else treated Jasper with all the love and attention he craved. Everytime we would pull up into the carpark Jasper would realise where he was going and would immediately get very excited. I remember one time he was so excited he charged into the office and jumped over the half door into the arms of a member of staff who he knew very well. He was as equally excited to be there as he was to see us both when we arrived back to collect him one or two weeks later. It really was like a second home for him and you can tell that the people working there have a genuine love and affection for animals. I don't think they even see it as a job but a way of life to take care of the pets in their care. I am so glad that we found Birchwood to look after Jasper for over a decade and if/when we do decide to get another dog we will certainly use Birchwood again. Thank you Andy and all of the staff who work so hard to make Birchwood what it is. Thank you for providing Jasper with his own second holiday home since 2008! David and Joe
