It has been a long 14 weeks to get everything sorted. Grant and Greg are the top notch blokes you could find in the Caterham branch. We were realistic with the sale of the house and listened to what was required. I'm really satisfied with the service. Also the after sales team, Nicola, is an amazing person. She goes above and beyond expectations and these guys will take care of you from start to completion. Will totally use Choices again.

Choices Estate Agents have been extremely action based with a well organised communication system to keep you well informed on the sale of your property, once sold all activity was handed over to a specific lady called Nicola to take you through the legal aspect of the sales process, this young lady generates confidence in her follow through to exchange/completion, the whole experience was trouble free. I would highly recommend these people and I would use them again.
What should have been an easy conveyance turned into a frustrating six month slog, but all the staff at choices kept in close contact with me, explaining each step and contacting all parties on a regular basis to give an explanation and timeline. The staff were always cheerful and positive and genuinely tried hard to reach a solution.
Grant was excellent from start to finish even through the rough patches of the purchase which was expected! Very happy with my first purchase and Grant and the team Thanks again grant.
Big thanks to caterham branch specially Greg, what a professional and helpful team. Greg was always available to contact and he always had the best advice even though I faced tons of problems during sell and purchase and dealings with conveyancer. I could say I would not go through and move without Greg and Grant’s helps. I definitely recommend this estate agent to everyone.
