Very disappointed with this group. Had a cat to rehome so called them. They took message and called back in afternoon saying they would call us back. After a fortnight called again said they would call us back. No call back so had to hit the phone and found the blue cross at Cambridge. Very helpful people and we're kind and compassionate. Perhaps they should do what they say they are going to. Will not support them again more of a business instead of a charity!
