The staff at this branch are the friendliest, most helpful people you could possibly wish for! They went above and beyond helping me get a replacement for the laptop I'd bought from CEX online which I had not been too happy with. The replacement they helped me find is as great as their service.

Good shop but i sold my s8 phone to them and had to wait for a bank transfer to my account from them nothing went into my account waited 10 days looked for a tel nunber on line but no number had to make a 20 mile round trip again to ask why they had not paid me they had my details but never contacted me they said it was faulty it wasnt on the day they checked it they wasted my time and money ( i sold it private for more money ) they messed me about some prices are very unrealistic pay small sell big

Opening hours on here till 6pm, showing open. Just raced to get to shop. It closes at 5.30pm, shame as great staff and good shop but not much good of opening times can't be set correctly. Noting the recently added response below, it is Google that most people will see for opening times and thus the responsibility is for the company to amend thisr to match the actual opening times, rather than pass the responsibility back to the customer which isn't exactly a customer friendly approach. I have increased it by one star to reflect speed of response and will increase further when opening times are corrected in Google.
