Visiting this particular store for the last 3 years, it's a good store overall but there are issues. I recently purchased an NVIDIA GTX 1050ti GPU, boxed, as it happens. I got back home to discover the brand of the card did not match the packaging which was unusual. Then I realised that the card was not a 1050ti, but just a standard 1050. This is a difference in price from, at time of this review, 72 to 110. I drove back within the hour and after brief difficulty understanding why I had returned, they checked the serial number of the card I had returned, and when it matched their system they issued a refund by voucher. I ended up getting a 1060 3GB for 105 instead, from a different branch. While I was returning the 1050, a gentleman was being refunded for an incorrect Sonic game. The staff are mostly friendly though, and currently social distancing and limited customer numbers are in place, with queueing outside. The gentleman at the door on my particular day was very friendly and helpful although, unfortunately, I didn't get his name. I will recommend this store as a good CEX overall, just please be careful to examine what you're buying before you leave. They are generally great if you need to return, it just saves the hassle.
