I went to the drop n go to sell my daughter PS4, So I took it into the shop was told that I would be paid in three working days which is fair enough then to get an email to say that they couldn’t take it to go and pick it up only to get there and find that they had lost the original box and try to keep One of the dual shock controller just an absolute joke of a shop
The prices aren't what they used to be, but that's the same as most places these days, but the warrenty does make up a little bit for that. The staff are friendly and helpful but due to Covid they now hide behind the counter more than usual.

Mostly helpful staff and a decent range of products available. Only issue is when ordering online the discs in games are almost always loose from the case. If you put that as an official review from the order it never seems to make it onto the site even though that is only a small issue
