Great selection of video games and DVDs at cheap prices. The staff are helpful and nice, and I like to buy anime on DVD that is cheaper at CEX than online. My only gripe is that the store is pretty small and not like the store at Middlesbrough which is big. They could get more stock in, and customers if it was larger. Overall a great small shop that is perfect for buying used games and DVDs, plus they also sell mobile phones and laptops behind the counter too.

The staff have been friendly when I've been in and traded games. It would be better if the store moved into a bigger unit as they would probably stock more and have more room for serving customers as it just feels too small.
We decided to buy a game console for our grandchildren and did not want to buy new if we could. We went into the Redcar branch 03/03/20 and asked advice from a young man and woman behind the counter. They were just the most helpful staff we have encountered for ages, as we were unsure what to buy they helped us through the whole process and wether the games were age appropriate for our kids. Excellent staff and a real pleasant experience....keep it up.....Mr and Mrs Gordon Redcar....
