Pizza I had was really nice, hot coffee was decent, nothing exceptional. I have ordered also ice coffee and there was something wrong with it. I even gave it to my bf to try and he confirmed that taste was weird. I have also ordered milkshake - disaster. I actually came back there to make a complain, because I ordered medium milkshake and I got cold milk. It was so diluted you couldn't call it milkshake. After explicitly explaining what is wrong I got another one, much better texture but.. 3/4 full. So in price for medium I got actually a small milkshake... I was buying a coffee there because I felt I'm supporting local business but I won't go there back again. I'd rather go to some other coffee shops in Putney and be sure I'll get what I ordered.

The pastries here are phenomenal but I have to agree with other reviews that the staff here are not responsive or observant - sometimes slow - and often happy to keep me waiting. Owners, if you're running your business well enough to be reading these reviews: start enforcing some work ethic into your guys and I'll happily change this to 5 stars!

The Graffa is phenomenal, very soft and tasty. I had two in a row. Service very friendly and welcoming. Definitely worth to go again.

I have been going there every other day for the past month or so. The pastries are super good, however: - The price is suspiciously inconsistent: for the exact same items I have been charged about 7 pound one day and 10 pound the day after. - I went there once and they couldn't serve me coffee because \they didn't have milk\. How is it possible that an Italian coffee shop runs out of milk? Especially when there are countless shops just meters away which can provide the milk. - I asked them several times about the \Eat Out to Help Out\ scheme because I saw Chalet Ciro is registered as a participating business. The staff had no clue what I was asking about (they could barely understand me). I called the number advertised in their website but it was either a fake number or disabled. I emailed the customer support address also provided in their website and the email bounced back because it didn't exist either. I just went again today and asked them personally. They told me that the scheme only applies Tuesday and Wednesday (how convenient). Conclusion: yes, their pastries are very authentic and good. However, their customer service and business approach are more than questionable.

Fantastic patisserie - donuts and custard-filled delights. Too nice
