I have attended this Practice for some years for my NHS treatment but in October 2019 I had my two front teeth, which were becoming loose and had always been somewhat crooked, replaced with implants privately. The whole process was carefully explained before hand as were my options. Whilst having two teeth removed is never a pleasant experience, everything was done extremely well and professionally bearing in mind we were in the midst of the pandemic. Temporary false teeth were fitted between the extractions and the permanent implants being fitted. 3 months later I am extremely happy that I no longer have wobbly teeth and cosmetically my teeth are a lot straighter.

Not taking new NHS patients, which is fine because I am happy to go private. But then they say they are not taking private patients at all because they are an NHS dentist, despite their website having private fees list. Very confused people here.

Kim Potter gave Chalet Hill Dental Practice a rating of 5 stars Invisaline and veneers. I’ve been attending Chalet Hill for about 3 years now and wouldn’t wish to go anywhere else. The staff from reception to the hygienist and dentists are are so helpful, friendly, patient and professional. I’m almost at the end of the retainer part of my treatment and the dentist has been so understanding and patient as it’s taken me a bit longer than most to reach this stage. I have a lot of inpatient hospital stays which is challenging at times. They have accommodated these and made appointments to suit me. I’m very happy with the results so far as I go into the next part of the process. I’ve been monitored and adjustments made when needed. The practise send emails as reminders of appointments, which is very helpful. They’re very clear on their pricing and cancellation policy. The next stage of my treatment is in October., where shortly after I can reveal my new straight, white beautiful teeth. Thank you everyone. Visited in September 2019. Posted on 20 September 2019

Really impressed with this dental surgery. The reception staff, nurse and dentist were all so helpful and friendly. They were able to offer me a convenient appointment time within a couple of days of registering. Highly recommend these guys!
