Adam was very professional, efficient, reasonably priced and completed the job promptly. I didn't feel my lock offered enough security so I contacted Adam and within days he came to change it. I also wanted the barrel of my internal door changed so it can be locked too. Originally that seemed a simple enough job, but on closer inspection it was not the case so Adam offered an alternative solution to securing my door without any pressure to continue. I feel safer now in my home than I have ever felt. Would highly recommend

I can highly recommend Adam at Champs Locksmiths. The deadbolt had stuck meaning my door wouldn’t open and I had no means of entry to my property. Adam worked tirelessly to resolve the problem (around 3 hours) and dealt with an additional problem he discovered which has given me huge peace of mind. He was cheerful throughout which impressed me as it was a very awkward job and the charge was very reasonable for entering (eventually) the property and for a new barrel. He was clean and tidy and just a lovely person.
I am extremely satisfied with the service I received from champs locksmiths. I needed a new garage door lock and key so I contacted Adam and he was more than happy to help, he ordered the parts needed to do the job on next day delivery and showed up at my house as soon as the parts were in. Service was very professional and social distancing was adhered to the whole time he was there.
