I came across Prominence Support while searching for a comprehensive insurance policy to cover multi appliances. They're very competitive! I believe consumers should take advantage of the competitiveness of this industry and ensure they're getting the best price out there. I stopped believing in known brands a long time ago, as all they do is charge more and never match their price with better service. I insured 8 appliances with Prominence Support for 37% less what I paid elsewhere. Great Value!!!

Was cold called, with no information where my details were acquired, and vague information regarding my television.
Great work by the team, Thanks Smith (Engr.) Took policy about a 7months ago, had a fault with my washer not spinning probably, i called first thing in the morning to make a claim, I was told an engineer will contact me within 24hrs to book an appointment. Smith the Engr. was very helpful and professional. He adviced equipment was faulty and needed a spare part, and he would be intouch with Prominence support to arrange that, which he did. Everything was arranged by Prominence support including repair cost, parts and labour. Excellent service!!
Ok, I was skeptical when I was told I would get a brand new dish washer. I received my BRAND new dish washer 5 days after making aclaim. Thanks guys.

I have rung twice to this company so far , the first time on Thursday 31st Jan to be told another person would call back in half an hour . When they did the lady asked me the problem which i explained and then said the engineer would need to listen via the phone to the noise my washing machine makes . I told her i would not be doing that as i knew what the problem was . She then explained that the engineer would ring the next day but i was at work and gave my days off for the following week . She stated it would be passed on and a message would be left for me on the Friday . It is now Monday 4th Feb and surprise no message so i rang again and explained again and to be told someone would ring me back . No call back . This is very poor customer service and if not sorted i will cancel my direct debit .
