APPALLING level of service from the service/tech department. Car not diagnosed when in for 1st service & had it for 5 days. Soon as I got in the car was making the noise, 500 miles later car at another dealer in what they describe has a MAJOR PROBLEM . Is a shame as no reflection James Wells (Sales) who looked after me very well & front of house service team were helpful sadly governed by supposedly BMW trained technicians. Do yourself a favour if you are looking to buy speak to James Wells however DO NOT trust them to maintain your car.

Given a time to turn up and seen almost immediately. Service work signed off and pre arranged loan car bought round for me all under strict but clear social distancing measures. Informative, courteous and friendly staff as always.

Well thought out showroom when considering the current climate. Staff are friendly and very helpful. The service manager clearly knows what he is talking about and takes pride in his work.

Amazing service from Ian James at Chandlers. I contacted him regards a 120d for my wife. We agreed a price, which I am very happy with. Two days later on Christmas Eve, Ian delivered the car to us. I was a little worried that I was buying a car unseen. However, the car was exactly as Ian had described. What also impressed me was the involvement from Ian right throughout the sale process. He even contacted me after the sale to make sure the car was ok. Chandlers is not my local BMW so Ian knew I would not be taking the car to them for servicing. However, he still continued the high level of service post sale. I thoroughly recommend this dealer - very professional.
