The car maintenance service was very good. I’ve scheduled the service to be done and collect the car later after it’s done. When I brought my car in I asked if I could stay onsite to wait instead. As I’m early and someone is available to do it, the job was done quickly in 1.5 hrs! Their staff are also very helpful.

Covid arrangements not totally clear , had to visit reception to find that Service Reception was now adjacent Drive Through Bays. Service and work appears to have been done thoroughly, MOT completed as well. An odd coincidence was that on returning home the remote control would not lock or restart the car. This was however rectified by replacing the remote battery. Surprised that there was no prior warning from the system that the battery was low? This may be the last time the car is serviced at the main BMW dealer, as others quote far better prices for servicing to BMW standards, and now the car is out of warranty.

My car went in for a major service and MOT and everything from start to finish was very simple. A very professional team. Liked that I was able to get a courtesy car as it would have been difficult to pick the children up from nursery without it. Great job!

I took an appreciating classic E46 M3 in to investigate why the roof would not go up and down, after two days I was told there were no faults, I asked if they had tried to operate the roof and they said no, they only scanned it for faults! Great investigators! Suddenly out of nowhere my reverse parking sensors stopped working the moment I collected my car from them too. Would really recommend that people take their cars to Munich Legends instead where real professionals do real work! Avoid
