My mate told me about this fantastic place in Hereford Butter Market. I found it easily and was eating a sample within seconds of entering. The Smokey cured meat was amazing and had to buy a pack for me and my family. Tastes great with booze or sandwiches or even added to stews and meals to add a depth that is to die for. Really recommend it to everyone.
