This is a great company to work with. Dean and Mark communicate well and kept us up to date. Andy and Ian did a great job with the fitting and left everything clean and tidy. It's the first time I've had windows fitted and not had to clean them myself afterwards. We had a couple of niggles and Mark came straight out to review and adjust what he could. There was an issue that the manufacturer will not take responsibility for, so Chartwell are sorting - great example of good customer service and why you should always use small local companies. Definitely recommend.

I had soffits, fascia boards and guttering replaced at the front of the house. They suggested having black and white contrasts which looked great, I would not have thought of it. I asked them about the state of the tiles, while they were up there, which was reassuring. The work was complicated with odd angles and guttering / roof line back from the front door at an angle with the extension. It involved complicated scaffolding too. The job was done efficiently, effectively and the workmen were very polite and courteous. The initial survey by Luke was very professional and helpful as was the visit to give an estimate. I had asked for advice about how to upkeep the gutters and 'hedgehogs' and other inserts that are claimed to stop the gutters and drain pipes getting blocked up. They know what they are talking about. Chartwell Home Solutions had previously replaced soffits, fascia boards and guttering at the back and side of the house to comply with building regs, where it was not possible to install a soak away. I have no hesitation is highly recommending a professional and local company. Thank you. Camilla

Excellent service from CHS. Their products and fitting are very high quality. They're extremely responsive and pleasant to deal with. They clearly pride themselves on the quality of the work they undertake and are keen to keep the customer happy. The whole process was straightforward with nice personal touches thrown in also. Would thoroughly recommend.

Rang Dean this morning as we had an emergency with our composite door (supplied and fitted by a different company). Within an hour or so Mark was at the door and after trying a couple of things managed to get it unjammed, replaced the barrel and it was as good as new. Really grateful for this speedy and helpful service - and it has saved us a much bigger bill. Highly recommend.
