Drove all the way from other side of Medway as shop was showing as open untill 8pm on a Saturday. We got there parked up meaning having to pay to park at the meter and the shop was closed. What a total joke !! Big sign saying open 10am-8pm Mon-Sat clearly not just a wasted trip. Is it any wonder people buy online

I would highly recommend. The store provides good quality products at reasonable prices. Products ranging from beginners to the more experienced. Staff are friendly and behave appropriately. In my opinion a far better choice than ann summers which by comparison sell the same or similar items but at 4x the price.
