Peace and tranquility, lovely sandy beaches and a quaint 1966 mini van selling ice creams. Could sit here forever

Beautiful Beach but getting crowded now and an increasing number of noisy speed boats and other motorised stuff breaking up the peace and quiet. Wildlife is disrupted and more nervous. No facilities other than toilets that have very long queues. Result of building too many new holiday homes and national newspapers raving about the Northumberland coast - wrecked what was here and encouraged developers - so sad.
Fantastic Sandy beach with free car parking; toilets and there is a snack bar that sells awesome takeaway latte coffee along with a variety of snacks on their menu board, there is always an ice cream van parked in the car park and a water sports activity company for those who fancy trying something different. It is a dog friendly beach which is kept exceptionally clean, we have been visiting this beach everyday since our arrival and we absolutely love this place.
Lovely walk along the sand and stopping off for an ice-cream.
Fantastic views. Great walks. Dog friendly beach. Lots of places to visit. Camping and caravan club site best place to stay. Clean tidy and loads of space.
