The owner lady behind the counter is very snobbish and not welcoming at all. Also she don't want to give the receipt so people don't exchange or refund, not good people.

I visited this store very recently and there were two females behind the counter one was very snobbish oldish type and the other was very young and friendly. Maybe there were mother and daughter or sisters. The store is very spacious, but cramped and the prices are a bit steep compared to many other local businesses nearby it. One of the shop staff working in the aisles couldn't understand English so I had to explain it in Urdu to him in basic laymen terms. It is very shocking how they operate and NOT very welcoming either. A lot needs to be done in understanding all customers walking through its doors!

Very large general store with a wide range of home goods, very well priced, and containing a lot of niche, Asian goods too. 4 stars as it doesn't have many staff for the size that it is, but if you're shopping in Springfield, you'll probably find something you need here, Tools, Paint, Automotive Goods, Cutlery, Tableware, Toiletries, sewing accessories, lightbulbs, Earthenware and more.

Pathetic service . Got a key made didnt work so went to get it replaced and they charge me for another key supposedly better quality and to my surprise it didn't work again.
