Booked X factor karaoke bus for a hen party cost 275 for one hour. Bus turned up and it wasn’t an X factor bus, it wasn’t even a karaoke bus, it was basically just a bus with some songs playing. We tried to plug in our own music, but that didn’t work either. No strobe lighting as advertised. We might as well just paid to get on an arriva bus for an hour. Have left voicemails to raise a complaint before leaving this review and no one is willing to pick up the phone or ring me back. Just feel like I’ve dealt with con artists who have basically robbed me. Don’t waste time or money
