My dog and I were treated so well and I can't thank the team enough for fitting me in when I needed a last min appointment. It was such a nice vet experience even though I wasn't able to go inside the appointment due to COVID. I will definitely continue to use Woodcroft and you should too if you care about the health of your pet!

!!! WISH I READ ALL REVIEWS PRIOR TO REGISTERING MY PETS !!! I can agree with the majority of the reviews posted about this surgery. Absolutely poor service. Staff not polite , does not care about pets , it is all about money and nothing else. When you question their care and support professionalism is gone. The senior vet is not listening and actually put the phone down on me. Lack of customer service and care This surgery lacks of all aspects to be a good veterinary place.

Yes it's expensive.. however after a complex (and expensive) eye operation they have given my dog a new lease of life. My local vet had the honesty to say the procedure was too complex for him. I found all the staff very nice indeed.

I would not recommend the health pet plan. It is a waste of money. They were very happy to cancel it for me. So I'm guessing they even know themselves that it is a waste of money. As for the vets/staff, no complaints.

AVOID - Dont be fooled by the Shiny exterior. You pay for it, as they are all about how much money they can get out of you. If you have a complaint the practice manager either cant be bothered to get back to you or is already busy dealing with other complaints. Have now moved to another local vets and am much happier both with price and the way we are treated as a customer
